COMMUNITY
Chances are, you know someone who is affected personally by domestic violence. It takes a community effort to prevent the perpetuation of it in our community. We do not accept the notion that domestic violence is something that should be kept between family members or behind closed doors. Our coalition members have first-hand knowledge that this crime impacts not only individual families, but also the community, nation and world.
HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
There are many ways you can be involved in your community. Besides the suggestions listed below, visit our partner sites. Typically, there is at least one upcoming event and many ways to volunteer. You can make a difference. Start speaking out against domestic violence. Offer support if someone you know is a victim of domestic violence.
