About the SLADVC

The Salt Lake Area Domestic Violence Coalition (SLADVC) was established in 1999.  We are a collective of local, proactive, volunteer community leaders that include employees of government (city, state and federal), treatment providers, victim services, domestic violence shelters, survivors and other interested parties.

We meet the second Tuesday of each month to discuss and develop strategies regarding outreach programs and the delivery of domestic violence services to the Salt Lake Area.  Everyone is welcome!  Join us at 12:00PM (bring your own lunch) at

Salt Lake County Criminal Justice Services

145 East 1300 South, Suite 401, Classroom #8 (next to the Shanghai Cafe)

SLADVC addresses domestic violence by increasing public awareness through support, education and training.  Domestic violence is not only a personal issue.  The affects of domestic violence reach beyond our homes and families to our community and economy.  We recognize the importance of awareness and prevention in our efforts to eliminate domestic violence.
